Born and raised in the musical city of Liverpool, Dave Bee has been immersed in music for as long as he can remember. With a lifelong passion for funk, soul, disco, Philly Sound, and Motown, music has always been at the heart of everything he does.
His DJ journey began in 1985, spinning vinyl and developing a deep appreciation for the timeless sounds that continue to inspire him today. During the COVID lockdown, his love of sharing great music led him from the decks to the airwaves, where he began broadcasting online and connecting with listeners around the world.
What started as a lockdown project quickly evolved into a successful radio career, featuring shows on JFSR and Soul Groove Radio before joining Street Sounds Radio. Renowned for his knowledge, enthusiasm, and expertly curated selections, Dave Bee delivers the very best in soul, funk, disco, Motown, and Philly Sound, keeping listeners entertained and dance floors moving wherever he plays.
