Growing up in the '70s and '80s, Marc spent countless nights glued to pirate radio stations, completely hooked by the energetic sounds that defined those years. Their love of discovering new music just kept growing in the '80s, with Marc becoming a regular in record shops all over town, always on the hunt for the latest Soul, Funk, Boogie, and hip-hop records. A lot of those gems came from legendary artists and groups brought to the UK by Morgan Khan and the iconic Street Sounds label, which had a massive impact on Marc’s tastes. Over time, their passion for music turned into a real dedication to the scene. These days, as The Wingman, Marc runs the backstage show at Street Sounds Radio and often takes to the airwaves, sharing their enthusiasm for these classic genres with a whole new generation of listeners.
