Quincy Jones was (is) a titan in the record industry, a producer & artist extraordinaire, his genius was recognised with 28 Grammys and an Oscar. His music and legacy will live on forever. He worked with Michael Jackson, Frank Sinatra, Lionel Richie, Will Smith, Count Basie, Patti Austin, Donna Summer, Dizzy Gillespie, Miles Davies and many others.


Jones composed soundtracks for more than 50 films and TV programmes. Quincy’s film scores included “In The Heat Of The Night”, “The Color Purple” and “The Italian Job”. His TV theme music spanned shows including “Sanford and Son”, “Ironside” and an early version of the catchy theme to “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air”.

However, his work with Michael Jackson on “Off The Wall”, “Thriller” & “Bad” will be to many his most recognised & successful masterpieces.
